Then use the appointment reminder to display your jobs by day, week, or month. Make appointments and set up alarms to remind you of upcoming events or meetings. You can assign file names, documents and internet links with your task items and launch them on alarm or manually.
Built-in password manager feature provides you with on place to store your passwords and access them with just one click. Never forget a password again! You can give each password it's own associated username, informative description and notes. Active Desktop Manager allows you to generate passwords automatically and save them after that in your database.
Active Date Manager also offers powerful and customizable address book for your contact list. You can configure settings for each person including phone numbers, address, photo, e-mail, homepage etc. Each person's birthday automatically adds to your holidays and special days list.
