Let's take an example by creating a SharePoint Cascaded Lookup Column. Firstly, you can select a filter Filter column which is fromin the look-up list to filter the look-up items. Secondly, you can build a parent-child relationship between the filter column and the parent column from the list where you want to build a Cascaded Lookup on it. When editing an item, when youand selecting a choice of the parent column, the look-up choices will be filtered by the selected text of the parent column. |
