Fair and Efficient floor time scheduling at your fingertips. Real Estate Floor Scheduler is the most fair and efficient system for shift time scheduling. This is a new and unique method of assigning floor time for real estate offices with 7 to 52 agents in an efficient, fair and equitable way is now available on a cd which is yours to use free for 30 days. The R.E. Floor SchedulerTM method was developed by a real estate agent with 14 years in the business. It was designed to overcome the problems related to floor time assignments that plague many designated brokers, agents, secretaries and office managers. These problems arise from the use of systems that cannot produce a fair distribution of floor time compounded by constant demands by agents for changes to the schedule.

This system guarantees that each agent doing floor time will have one turn and only one turn at each time slot in the schedule. Other products on the market fail to assign schedules with such complete fairness as R.E. Floor Scheduler. With the exception of a few rare cases, the system also assures that agents will not have floor duty two days back to back or two same weekdays in succession. Once the schedule is printed and distributed, the secretary is done with it. The program also provides for sending the schedule to agents by Email.
